According to RMC Sport journalist Fabrice Hawkins, the Merseyside club have agreed a six-year contract with Hugo Ekitike. The French journalist claims the personal terms are in place, where the 23-year-old, according to the hyperactive transfer journalist Romano, only wants a transfer to Liverpool.
Now the final phases of negotiations between Liverpool and Eintracht remain – which are reported to go the way. German Sky Sports reported Newcastle had their bid of £70 million rejected, it is expected that Liverpool will start with this as a starting point.
