German giants RB Leipzig don’t bother to listen to good ideas about swaps, loan deals or discounts when it comes to centre-back Castello Lukeba. – If things go as RB Leipzig believes, the 22-year-old will one day equal the world record for defenders set by Josko Gvardiol when he left for Manchester City from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2023.

Bild has written that RB Leipzig’s 22-year-old centre-back Castello Lukeba has previously been linked with Premier League giants Liverpool, Manchester United and Chelsea, as well as Real Madrid.

The German newspaper then stated that the Frenchman has a buyout clause of 90 million euros. Sky Sports in Switzerland states that this is the amount Leipzig is demanding to sell Lukeba.

“The clubs have been warned,” reports Sky, adding that scouts from the aforementioned PL clubs have written positive reports about Lukeba, whose contract with Leipzig expires in the summer of 2029.

Contact has already been established between the English clubs and Lukeba.
