Liverpool are pouring on to what could be Arne Slot’s jubilee season already in his debut. At the same time, it is being built for the next seasons. Now the scouts have found a very exciting striker who has developed quickly outside the biggest leagues.
Liverpool have Kostas Tsimikas, now they are working to bring compatriot Stefanos Tzimas to Anfield as well.
The 19-year-old is on loan at Nuremberg in the 2. Bundesliga, where the striker has scored a solid 8 goals in 15 games. The Greek striker is on loan from PAOK, where he scored his way into club history as the youngest ever. Transfer journalist Florian Plettenberg reports Liverpool have contacted Nuremberg, who have an option to buy around €17 million in the lease.
Plettenberg claims Liverpool have also been in contact with the 19-year-old’s representatives. Nuremberg plans to buy Tsimikas and sell this summer for around 25 million euros.
The Liverpool gang knows Chelsea, Brighton, Aston Villa and several Bundesliga clubs are also interested in the striker, who is on The Guardian’s list of the best players in the world born in 2006. There is therefore every reason to be on the offensive.
