Jürgen Klopp did not hold back on what Alisson was good at when he put on the goalkeeper gloves for Liverpool: “The best in the world!” Champion Klopp also gave the Brazilian international goalkeeper a significant chunk of his earnings for Klopp to leave Liverpool with Premier League and Champions League titles. But, all good things come to an end, the 33-year-old is now reported to be in contact with a new club.

It’s nothing new that Alisson is being linked with an exit, but the Brazilian showed last season with games in 28 of the 38 Premier League games in the title season that he still holds the top level. This season has unfortunately been amputated by a hamstring injury. The timing for leaving Anfield must be said to be right.

According to Gazetta dello Sport , Alisson has been in talks with Juventus over a transfer, with the Brazilian ready for “one last dance” in Serie A, before hanging up his gloves. A three-year contract is on the table, it is reported.

So why Juventus? The Brazilian has previously worked with Juventus coach Luciano Spalletti when the two were in Rome at the same time, the combination of Serie A giant and Spalletti pulls.

Sounds like a good plan.
