Luis Diaz could prove to be the key to Liverpool signing electrifying winger Yan Diomande from RB Leipzig, as one journalist has predicted “transfer dominoes” that could fall, and with a second article that has come with a “guarantee”.

Diaz left Liverpool this summer by joining Bayern Munich in a huge deal worth €75 million. The transfer helped Liverpool finance their record £125m purchase of Alexander Isak.

Luis Diaz has been fantastic in Germany, recording 19 goals and 15 assists in 32 appearances so far. The Colombian winger has been part of a lethal attacking streak alongside Harry Kane and Michael Olise this season.

He showed his usefulness most recently in yesterday’s Bundesliga match against Werder Bremen where he gave Harry Kane an assist.

Liverpool have now received a major boost as German journalist Christian Falk has explained how Diaz’s brilliant form could help Diomande move to Anfield rather than Bayern.

“I’ve heard that Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool are all interested and can afford him [Diomande],” Falk wrote in his latest column for CF Bayern Insider.

“Bayern Munich don’t need a ‘Plan A’, they need a ‘Plan B’; so €100 million for a Plan B behind Diaz is simply too much money.”

Diomande is set to be Leipzig’s new record sale, with the €100 million price tag set to surpass Josko Gvardiol’s €90 million transfer to Manchester City.

Our sources laughed at claims that Diomande could leave Leipzig for just €60 million (£52 million / $71 million) in January.

We can confirm that Liverpool, Man Utd and Arsenal… plus all
