Zlatan’s stay at Manchester United was unfortunately not long-lasting, but the super Swede still wrote himself into club history with 29 goals and 10 assists in 53 games. As a senior retiree, Zlatan is an “advisor” for his last club AC Milan, but of course more than a consultant. The Swede has a great influence on the sale and signing of players, now the offer to bring in a former teammate from Old Trafford will be considered.
Zlatan played with Marcus Rashford between 2016 and 2018, when there was a Rashford on the rise. Now the 27-year-old is “ready for new challenges” and Man United want the same for one of the club’s highest paid.
According to transfer journalist Matteo Moretto, Manchester United have offered Rashford to AC Milan, knowing that Zlatan is involved in making the decisions. It is about rent for the season, Milan have so far not responded.
