Liverpool’s brilliant goal machine Mohamed Salah is out of contract at the end of the season, today came the news that a new club that has the finances in order has started negotiations.
Salah made a number of headlines when he just over a week ago made the rare decision to stop and speak to the press after the win at Southampton and announce that he has not yet received an offer from Liverpool for an extension.

Worrying for Liverpool fans, Salah admitted that he is “probably more out than in” and the Egyptian will be allowed to speak to foreign clubs in January before a free transfer in the summer.
But after Salah scored and assisted in the 2-0 win over Manchester City to put Liverpool nine points ahead at the top of the table, new details emerged about his situation. According to L’Equipe, Salah is in talks with Paris Saint-Germain about a free transfer.
Salah has been heavily linked with the Ligue One giants in the past, and it is claimed that he has been in discussions with them, and he is said to be interested in a move to the French capital.
A source told the French newspaper “there is now a good chance” that Salah will play at the Parc des Princes next season.
Paris Saint-Germain will be shopping big next year. They are also looking at Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Jadon Sancho and Nico Williams this summer.
Without some great marquee players in the ranks following the recent departures of Neymar, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe, the club would have no trouble meeting Salah’s wage demands.
It is claimed that Salah and Nasser Al-Khelaifi know each other quite well, and PSG feel that this is the ideal time to reach a deal. PSG have denied L’Equipe’s report and believe it is a negotiation tactic by Salah to get what he wants from Liverpool.
The 32-year-old showed no signs of slowing down with a Man of the Match display against City on Sunday.
Mohamed Salah is already earning very well at Liverpool. Paris Saint-Germain is said to be willing to increase their salary, which is currently £300,000 a week, to £400,000.
