Now that Wolverhampton are selling Matheus Cunha who has 15 Premier League goals this season, Jørgen Strand Larsen with his 13 goals becomes even more important.
talkSPORT writes today that Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott is on the radar of several Premier League clubs, including Wolverhampton.

The 22-year-old has publicly admitted that he is considering his future after only starting one Premier League game for the champions this season.
Liverpool are set to price Elliott, who has been at the club since joining from Fulham as a 16-year-old, at over £40 million.
With Manchester United target Matheus Cunha set to be sold, Wolves are expected to back manager Vitor Pereira in the transfer market. The Brazilian striker has a release clause of £62.5 million in his contract, with Manchester United in competition with Arsenal and Newcastle.
However, Elliott has played the fewest games in his Liverpool career since establishing himself as a regular option under Jürgen Klopp in the 2022/23 season.
Of his 25 appearances in all competitions this season, 20 have been as a substitute. He has scored four goals and recorded two assists. – Despite limited playing time, Elliott has delivered in big moments, with an assist against Newcastle in the Carabao Cup final and a winning goal against Paris Saint-Germain in France.

Still, his team failed to follow up on these performances – Newcastle won the final 2-1 despite Elliott’s assist to Federico Chiesa, and PSG turned around and won on penalties and eliminated Liverpool from the Champions League.
Instead, Liverpool focused on securing only their second league title in the Premier League era, with Elliott’s efforts less prominent with only one assist in 15 games.
Damage and uncertain future
Elliott started the season injured and admitted that this has been a factor, without ruling out a potential transfer.
“I think it’s been a lot harder for me because I obviously had that injury at the start,” he told ECHO in April.
“But at the same time, you have to be here for the team, work as hard as you can, and when the opportunities come along…”
“A lot of times this season it’s almost been [substitutions] when we’ve been down or drawn, so it’s about trying to turn the game around, make a positive impact. But every minute for Liverpool is fantastic.”
The regular England U21 international is a Liverpool fan and was in Kyiv when they lost the Champions League final to Real Madrid in 2018.
He added, “I hope I can take the next step. This is my team, I’m committed to them, and it’s a situation that will always generate a lot of talk.”
“I have to think about what’s best for my future and career. Even though I want it to be here, you never know what might happen.”
“If it were up to me, it would be here. I would play every game here and stay for the rest of my career, but it depends on the managers and those above me. As far as I know, I’m here to stay, and this is the club I want to be at.”
“Hopefully I’m still here. It’s the best place to be, especially with the fans we have now – I don’t think there’s a better place to play.”
“Players go through ups and downs, but at the end of the day, you have to fight your way back. I think it’s in me to make it happen, so hopefully I can stay here for the rest of my career.”
