Transfer journalist Romano reports that the first parts of negotiations between Manchester United and Wolves striker Matheus Cunha have been positive. The Daily Mail claims it is moving towards an agreement, where the goal is to have a new contract in place by May. This is a massive investment for a financially struggling United, not surprisingly it will have to be sold to be able to land the signing of the striker with 14 Premier League goals this season.

Cunha has a buyout clause of £62.5 million, which Manchester United are willing to meet.
