19-year-old Désiré Doué is the next big thing from France and everyone knows it. – Paris Saint-Germain can now either take an incredible profit or, as manager Luis Enrique wants, continue to hold on to his jewel and reap the rewards on the football pitch.
The French capital club discovered Désiré Doué last summer in Rennais and bought him out for 50 million euros, which was far above market price.
Paris Saint-Germain have in practice already won Ligue 1 and are among the last four in the Champions League.

Fits perfectly with Haaland!
Manchester City, after watching for a while and under pressure from manager Pep Guardiola, have decided to make a bid of €120 million for the French star player, which is double what Transfermarkt believes Désiré Doué is worth.
The 19-year-old striker impresses for PSG and has become one of the biggest breakthroughs of the season – a name that is now being heard more and more frequently in the offices at the Etihad Stadium.
Doué has distinguished himself with his ability to create imbalance in the opposition, maturity with the ball and a natural sense of goal. His performances have not only been consistent but also decisive in key moments – something that has not escaped Guardiola’s attention. Pep is a known admirer of technically gifted players, and Doué’s development in a star-studded PSG squad makes him even more attractive. – The idea is also that Désiré Doué will balance out the slightly more straightforward Norwegian goal machine Erling Braut Haaland.
In England, there are now reports of a possible bid of as much as €120 million, which would place Doué among the most expensive signings in the club’s history. PSG are aware that City’s interest is real, but show no signs of wanting to let go of the player. The Parisians consider him a key player in their future plans after Kylian Mbappé’s departure.
City’s interest has only increased expectations surrounding the young star’s future, and his name is now popping up in the discussions of several of the continent’s most powerful clubs. The summer transfer window promises to be exceptionally exciting for Doué. – That said. We think he will be.
