The first three MLS games were without goal involvement from Zinckernagel, then the former Bodø/Glimt star stepped up against league leader Vancouver (Eastern Conference) with an assist and a powerful and straightforward goal to win 1-3. This earned the Dane a spot on the MLS team of the round.
