Manchester City have no plans to sell Savinho. – Manager Pep Guardiola had him on the pitch for 48 games last season and has no interest in selling.

Thomas Frank has put behind him his first pre-season as Spurs manager with a win over Liverpool, but also an overrun in Munich with 4-0 defeats to Bayern and Harry Kane. A week after Joao Palhinha was brought to the club on loan from Bayern Munich, it is steered towards a late signing that should bring more speed and creativity into the attacking game.

According to the BBC, Manchester City have no plans to sell Savinho, and it would require bids of over £50 million for the club to consider a sale. Tottenham are, according to several media outlets, in talks with Manchester City about a possible transfer for Savinho.

The 21-year-old Brazilian was a regular part of City’s squad last season, and Pep Guardiola’s squad has no intention of letting him go.

This is reported by the BBC, who claim to know that City will demand more than £50 million before they even consider selling him. This is the amount Tottenham must outbid for a transfer to be considered.

Tottenham have already signed Mohammed Kudus from West Ham earlier this summer, but will have to do without James Maddison for much of the upcoming season due to a serious knee injury.

Savinho has accounted for three goals and 13 assists in 48 appearances for Manchester City.
