Fired Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag has been in several talks with big clubs (and some a little smaller) about getting back on the sidelines.

So far, there has been no new job, but a few days ago a new opportunity opened up for the demanding and somewhat socially uncomfortable manager. Roma and Everton owner Dan Friedkin invited Erik ten Hag for talks and to the Stadio Olimpico to watch Roma against Juventus.
Both clubs are looking for a new manager in the summer, but Radio Mana Sport Roma, who first saw Erik ten Hag in the stands and reported it, have since said that it is unlikely there will be a deal. – The same reason as in the other possibilities, the demands for both salary, team and purchase are said to have been too great.
The radio station thinks 73-year-old Claudio Ranieri is just bluffing when he says he will retire this summer.
