Real Madrid sell €100 million star as Xabi Alonso’s ‘attack for the future’ is revealed
Carlo Ancelotti’s departure from Real Madrid will not be the only high-profile departure from the Bernabéu this summer, as Los Blancos have opted to put a star worth over €100 million on the market.
It has been a disappointing season in the Spanish capital, and Ancelotti will have to pay the price for a trophyless campaign. Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the Italian will leave the club in the summer.

Xabi Alonso is set to take over at Madrid next season, and it looks like he will lead a team that is boosted by a big sale of Rodrygo.
Rodrygo could be sold
According to AS, Rodrygo’s form has been so weak that Real Madrid are seriously considering selling him this summer.
The Brazil international has scored just one goal in his last 21 appearances, and he is struggling to find a place in a team that has the likes of Kylian Mbappé and Vinicius Junior in attack, as well as Jude Bellingham supporting from midfield.
Although he has a contract until 2028, Los Blancos want to sell him now while his market value is still high – also due to Arda Güler’s recent breakthrough.
Endrick is “untouchable”
While Rodrygo is being pushed out of the Bernabéu, another young Brazilian star, Endrick, has been declared “untouchable”.
With seven goals and one assist this season, he has had a direct impact on goals every 88 minutes he has been on the pitch, but has only started six games.
Lack of playing time has led to speculation that the 18-year-old could be loaned out just one year after his arrival, but according to Relevo, this will not happen.
“He is the aggressor for the future,” an anonymous source has told the Spanish media.
Endrick will not even be loaned out in the summer, as Los Merengues believe it could even be “risky” to send him on loan.

Real Madrid are therefore willing to wait patiently with the player they invested €35 million in, believing that he could be a key player for Xabi Alonso in the future.
