– Coach Poyet felt discouraged and burdened by the departure of Taricco (assistant coach) after Taricco had played a key role in organising training sessions and developing tactics by his side for 16 years. Coach Poyet had built up his coaching system with the same staff over the years, and he was concerned about the loss of stability for his team after Taricco’s departure. writes the club on its website.
