According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the 19-year-old is on his way to Bournemouth.

Ben Doak (19) was left out of Liverpool’s squad for the Premier League opener at the last minute. Several media and journalists reported before the 4-2 win over Bournemouth that the young player was ready for sale.
Now the agreement will be as good as finished. According to Romano, Doak will sign for Bournemouth in a transfer worth around £25 million. The attacking player has already undergone the mandatory medical examination and is expected to sign a multi-year deal later on Monday.
The Athletic also confirms that the transfer is imminent.
