According to The Athletic, Xhaka has agreed personal terms with Sunderland. AC Milan have been in the picture, but the Swiss is said to have only opened up a move to Sunderland. The clubs have not agreed on a transfer fee, while Xhaka is pushing for the transfer to happen sooner, rather than later.
