Jack Grealish faces an uncertain future at Manchester City, and now a surprising club is emerging that is showing interest in the English star.

In 2021, Grealish left his childhood club Aston Villa to become City’s most expensive signing ever, in a transfer worth £100 million. But since then, he has struggled to find his way back to top form.

With just 16 goals in 151 appearances for City – and just two goals and five assists this season – there is speculation of a possible departure in the summer.

Tottenham in surprising talks

According to Give Me Sport, Tottenham Hotspur have started preliminary discussions about a possible transfer.

It was also mentioned that Spurs were considering Grealish as early as January, but that it was “never a real possibility” in mid-season.

Tottenham have a strict wage structure, with the top players earning a maximum of £200,000 a week. This could be a problem, as Grealish reportedly earns £300,000 weekly at City.

In addition to Spurs, AC Milan will also be monitoring the situation closely.

Tottenham have had a disappointing season and are currently in 14th place in the Premier League. Manager Ange Postecoglou is under increasing pressure to reverse the trend – and a signing like Grealish could be just what is needed to create new optimism.
