On Friday, Manchester City confirmed that the Premier League’s hottest winger, Antoine Semenyo, has signed. Earlier this year, transfer journalist Romano reported that Oscar Bobb will be given the green light by City’s management to take a loan stay when Antoine Semenyo walks through the gates of the Etiad for signing. Now it has happened, Borussia Dortmund stands as the clear favorite to bring in the Norwegian international. Reports from Germany may indicate that Dortmund interest has suddenly cooled.
The Norwegian winger has a bunch of clubs on his doorstep, but Romano reported earlier this week that Borussia Dortmund are the clear favourite to sign Bobb for the rest of the season.

German Sport1 also reported a week ago that Oscar Bobb’s move from Manchester City to Borussia Dortmund on loan with an option to buy was imminent. Now Semenyo is in place on the wing at City and everything should have been set for Borussia signing for the 22-year-old.
According to Sport Bild , the process has stalled, with the transfer at risk of being dropped. The German media claims Dortmund postponed the signing of Bobb for financial reasons. The total package required to secure Bobb permanently – including transfer fees, wages and agent fees – would amount to €70 million, which the club considers too expensive. As a result, it is currently very uncertain whether the Norwegian international will move to Signal Iduna Park, reports from Germany.
