Three years ago, Richarlison was one of the hottest attacking players in the Premier League. The Brazilian burst onto the top in an Everton shirt, in his final season at Goodison Park in 2021/22, Richarlison was behind 10 of Everton’s 43 goals, just above the relegation zone. Everton were forced to sell. Richarlison gave the Liverpool club much-needed £50m+, but for the Brazilian, the move to Tottenham was the start of a longer slump.

This season, Richarlison has a puzzled 14 games. With 18 goals in a total of 80 games, the Harry Kane replacement has not come close to delivering like Big Harry – or himself at Everton.

In January, there were reports that Richarlison had told friends he wanted to leave Spurs, now an opportunity arises that the Brazilian with a solid 20 goals in 48 caps for Brazil will love.

Because according to Football Insider’s sources, Richarlison is keen on a return to Everton, where David Moyes is ready to bring in striker reinforcements, regardless of whether Dominic Calvert-Lewin extends, or not.

For Everton supporters, a Richarlison return will give a real boost, at Goodison Park the Brazilian was the big star.
