Viking said no to everything this winter, but now the sums that are swirling around Edvin Austbø are starting to get big!

Has come a long way since he was loaned out to Sandnes Ulf in 2022.

Now it has started again. FC Copenhagen have hired Bo Svensson with the idea that they will become Denmark’s best club again, knowing that it will come at a cost. Svensson wants to set his own team and has been following the Norwegian talent for a long time.

FC Copenhagen are reportedly chasing the Norwegian talent.

Bo Svensson himself has announced several changes in the summer transfer window. According to German Sky Sports journalist Florian Plettenberg, the 20-year-old winger is on the block for FC Copenhagen.

The Sky Sport journalist writes that FCK, Hamburger SV and Lille are among the clubs interested.

He also writes that there were several bids for Austbø in the winter transfer window, but that all bids were rejected by his club, Viking FK.

According to Plettenberg, the young winger costs between 15 and 20 million euros – a level that presents a problem for FC Copenhagen.
