In France, they have been talking for several years about the enormous talent of French striker Eli Junior Kroupi. Kroupi made his professional debut for Lorient on June 3, 2023 in a Ligue 1 home game against Strasbourg at just 16 years and 345 days, thus becoming the youngest player in the club’s history. He thus beat the previous record of Mattéo Guendouzi.
Now Eli Junior Kroupi has managed to bee 19 years old and really made his mark on the Premier League. Kroupi signed a transfer to Bournemouth just over a year ago worth €13 million, but he spent the spring season on loan back at his childhood club Lorient. Transfermarkt in their latest update before Christmas has put the value of Eli Junior Kroupi at €22 million, which is nowhere near sufficient. Especially now that it has taken off completely.

More giants looking for Kroupi
Eli Junior Kroupi has had something of a breakthrough this season. In the Premier League, the young Frenchman has delivered eight goals in 24 appearances for Bournemouth.
“I had dreams of winning the Ballon d’Or and playing for one of the really big clubs. But it’s no longer dreams, more like goals, because I know I can make them come true,” the 19-year-old told the TF1 program Téléfoot.
And some of the “really big” ones seem to have their eyes on the shooting star.
Téléfoot states that Liverpool, Real Madrid and PSG are interested in Kroupi.
The French U21 international has a contract with Bournemouth until 2030.
