The French newspaper L’Equipe writes that William Saliba feels like the yolk in the egg at Arsenal, the time after he returned from loan to Marseille the best of his career.
The 24-year-old, who now, according to Transfermarkt, has a market value of 80 million euros and a deal with the London club until the summer of 2027. – There should only be one club that is relevant to leave Arsenal for, and that is Real Madrid who “quite coincidentally” really want Saliba this summer. L’Equipe writes that:
- Saliba’s representatives have already made contact with the Spanish big club
- Real Madrid want to see him lead their defensive line in the coming years

The French international has in recent years formed one of the Premier League’s most solid centre-back pairings together with Brazilian Gabriel Magalhães. Saliba has been linked with Real Madrid in the past, after RMC Sport reported that “Los Blancos” have the 24-year-old at the top of their wish list.
