Then came the transfer to his old club Juventus in the summer of 2022, where everything eventually broke down. Now Pogba is back and ready to play in March 2025, after serving his ban for doping. “Paul is desperate to get back and play, if it was a transfer fee it couldn’t happen, but as a free agent it’s a completely different game. There will be money involved, but it can be relatively risk-free, and he will be desperate to impress,” Brown said.
