The battle for Victor Osimhen’s signature is not over. – Good news for Napoli who, despite sending the Nigerian striker on loan to Turkish side Galatasaray, seem to be paying their no-buy clause and possibly more.
Now Osimhen has received what is described as a dream offer: 35 million euros a year is a fantastic salary, but it also means he will not be playing football at the top level in Europe.

Offers 35 million euros in annual salary
The Napoli striker spent the last year on loan at Galatasaray, but he will be sold this summer because a return to the Stadio Diego Armando Maradona is not possible.
Osimhen prefers a move to Chelsea, but his wage demands will block a potential move to Stamford Bridge. The Nigerian international insists that he will only accept a salary of over 295,000 euros a week, which amounts to just over 15 million euros a year.
While Chelsea are not willing to match these demands, Juventus have stepped up their interest and are ready to put €85 million on the table as a transfer fee for the Napoli striker. Although the Nigerian international has a buyout clause of €75 million, this does not apply to Serie A clubs. However, Juventus are willing to pay this surcharge to secure the goal thief.
Although Juventus have positioned themselves to sign Osimhen, they face a huge threat from the Saudi Pro League, where Al-Hilal have made a huge offer.
Victor Osimhen gets “obscene” Saudi Arabian offer
According to Corriere dello Sport, Osimhen has been offered a contract worth between 30-35 million euros a year from Saudi Arabia, which the Italian source describes as “obscene”. The player is said to “consider the offer very seriously”, an offer that is twice as high as the one he himself is asking for.
Juventus, on the other hand, have shown a willingness to pay high wages, although Osimhen’s demands are still lower than what the unpredictable Dušan Vlahović earns.
It looks like a deal could be reached quickly. Both Juventus and Al-Hilal want Osimhen in the squad for the FIFA Club World Cup, which starts in the United States next month.
This will also suit Napoli, who do not want the transfer saga to drag on after it became a major problem for them all of last summer.
Juventus, meanwhile, are prepared to miss out on Osimhen, with Atalanta’s Ademola Lookman another player high on their wish list. However, he will cost around 60 million euros.
