While the Liverpool supporters walked home sloppily from Anfield, it was a satisfied but calm Crystal Palace manager who chatted to the press. No wonder, when you beat Liverpool for the third time in a few months, it’s business as usual.

“A good win today. It took us about 15 minutes to get properly into the game, but after that we did well, scored some great goals and controlled the game,” Glasner told the BBC.

“I don’t know how often you meet the reigning champions three times in three months and win all three. The players deserve a lot of the credit for that,” says Glasner.
