He is 32 years young, but was linked to a coaching job in the Premier League already when he turned thirty. The English coach started his career in 2017 in the Belgian league, in 2022 Ligue 1 club Reims signed the Englishman – to great success. In 2024, it was over to Lens, now Still is reported to be in place on the ball island.
In the 2021/22 season, the young Belgian/English coach was brought to Reims as an assistant coach to Oscar Garcia. A few months later, the head coach was fired, Still was given the substitute responsibility with five games in a row without a loss. Then followed the season that lifted Still up to the super talent layer. As the youngest coach ever to lead a club in one of the five biggest leagues in Europe at the age of 30. It is part of the story that Still had not finished his UEFA Pro Licence exam when he took over as head coach at the French club, for which Reims received a hefty €25,000 fine.

Still has yet to manage an English club, according to The Telegraph, the 32-year-old has now signed a three-year contract with Southampton. Publication is expected
shortly.
Southampton sent Ivan Juric to the door in April after a horribly weak season after promotion last season, now the club is aiming for direct promotion with Still at the helm, reports the English newspaper.
