Everything except for the coaching job, he finished after two rounds at Real Madrid with great success. Zizou has been linked to what have been big jobs, but to no avail. Now Zidane reports this is changing.
It is nothing new that Zidane has coveted the job as French national team coach. A job he was denied after the World Cup in Qatar, when Deschamps was persuaded by the president of the French Football Federation to continue, a process that made big waves in France. Since 2021, Zidane has been asked when he will return to work as a coach, the answer has always been woolly. Not this time.

When asked when he will return as coach, a short but precise answer came.
-It will happen soon, says Zidane according to RMC Sport.
This summer, Didier Deschamps is done with Les Bleus after the World Cup, so there is an opportunity for Zidane, but “soon” could also mean other options. In the case of Zidane, nothing is certain until it is confirmed.
