David Moyes is not happy with the dynamics of the Everton attack. A different type of player is wanted, someone who can complement the role in a different way than Thierno Barry and Beto. The solution could be on the bench at Old Trafford.

Because there sits a very impatient and dissatisfied Joshua Zirkzee, half a year+ before the World Cup finals the 24-year-old is well on his way to missing. When Erik ten Hag and United brought in the Bologna striker in the summer of 2024, it quickly became clear that Zirkzee was not the pure striker United actually needed. Now this can be exploited at Everton. According to Sky Sports, Zirkzee is high on the list of candidates for Moyes and Everton for the winter transfer window.

The question is whether Ruben Amorim is open to exit. With the Africa Cup of Nations in January and any injuries, Zirkzee still plays a role in the United squad. Then we will see how persuasive the Everton management can be.
