According to ESPN, the Argentine resumed training this week without publicly retracting his statements or apologizing to the team for expressing his desire to change clubs during the World Cup. The 26-year-old claims that in February 2026, Gil Marín promised him to facilitate a sale if there was a formal bid, which is the basis for his current demands.
