Ecuador’s Piero Hincapié was taken on a dizzying tour by Ivory Coast’s Yan Diomande in the World Cup, but Hincapie has convinced in both the Bundesliga and the Premier League. So much so, that Mikel Arteta and Arsenal are pressing the buy option button.
