Ethan Nwaneri is seen as one of Arsenal’s greatest attacking talents, but for a club that has decided to be a contender to win the biggest trophies every season, the chances of enough playing time for the 19-year-old are slim. Last season saw a loan move to Marseille, this season Borussia Dortmund was chosen. The attacking midfielder could still get a surprise phone call from Mikel Arteta in January.
Dortmund rushed the latter part of August to find a replacement for new signing Giasnnis Konstantelias, who has been injured for a long time. Here came the opportunity with Nwaneri. According to German Sky Sports , the pressured situation of the Bundesliga club has given Arsenal the best contract conditions.

Because Dortmund management is said to have approved a clause in his contract with Arsenal, where the Premier League champions can terminate his lease in January and bring Nwaneri back to the Emirates if they need to.
Not optimal for Dortmund coach Nico Kovac, but of course perfect for reigning Premier League champion Mikel Arteta. Arsenal are fighting for all the titles they have access to, so it may soon be necessary to bring in creative Nwaneri – with plenty of playing time for Germany’s second-best club in his legs.
