Celtic are said to have renewed interest in Danish striker Kasper Høgh. The 25-year-old was a desirable target in January, but Bodø/Glimt’s advancement in the Champions League put an end to a possible transfer.

Høgh has had a fantastic last year for the Bodø locals with both goals and goal points galore, and he also feels like the yolk in the egg.
Kasper Høgh is not in a hurry, Celtic, on the other hand, they are busy. “Only” luck (and a string of three-pointers) at the end of the season after league leader Hearts lost points made them win again.

The report also claims that Celtic are showing interest in Turin player Gvidas Gineitis as a potential replacement for Arne Engels. The Belgian is set to leave the club this summer for over £25 million, and Celtic desperately need to replace Engel’s athleticism in midfield.
Celtic are also expected to sign Egyptian winger Haissem Hassan from Real Oviedo. The Spanish club want to maximise the value of the 24-year-old, who is in his final year of contract. Hassan caught the eye during the World Cup with an impressive run and assist against finalists Argentina.
The lack of urgency in Celtic’s transfer business has been a major concern among supporters, especially considering the seemingly obvious reunions with Marcelo Saracchi and possibly Kelechi Iheanacho. Both expressed their desire to return to the club this season, but Saracchi announced that he would not return despite his efforts, while Iheanacho left for Turkish Bursaspor.
