The air tower in Liverpool posted video August 2024 of the landing of the plane with Federico Chiesa as a passenger. In other words, a big, really big event in the red part of Liverpool. Then followed a season marked by lack of playing form, injuries, but also glimpses of “old” greatness from the former European Championship star. This season, there have been a poor 726 minutes in the match arena, an exit is expected this summer. Now Chiesa says he is more than happy to return to Juventus – despite the treatment he received.
This is the club he left after 131 games with 32 goals and 24 assists. Many Juve supporters have missed the energetic winger, Chiesea says in an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport he never wanted to leave the Old Lady.

Federico Chiesa says he was pushed out of Juventus
Federico Chiesa chose to leave Italian football in the summer of 2024 for Liverpool and England. Now, the attacking player is putting words to the abrupt exit, saying he was pressured to leave Juventus a year before his contract expired.
“I would like to go back to Juventus. I would never leave the club myself. It was also said that I demanded a lot of money (to extend the contract), but the truth is different: I was never offered a contract extension. We didn’t even talk about it. Giuntoli and Thiago Motta said to me: ‘Federico, we don’t need you. Find yourself a new club,” says Chiesa.
Which still keeps the door open for the Serie A giant.
“It ended up being good for me because I came to one of the world’s five biggest clubs, Liverpool. But Juventus will always have a special place in my heart, and I want to go back. I’ve never talked about money with Juventus, and I never will,” Chiesa said.
