Because according to The Telegraph, it was Marc Cucurella’s hairdresser who leaked information about Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro’s absence against Brighton before Tuesday’s game.

Because in a post on X, the hairdresser, named Riley, said the following:
“Palmer and Joao Pedro are both injured tonight. There you have your exclusive news.
After this, the hairdresser posted a picture of Cucurella sitting with her back to the hairdresser’s chair.
The post, which The Telegraph shows in a screenshot, has since been deleted, and the account has now been closed, but the fact is that neither Palmer nor Pedro were in the squad for the away game against Brighton.

The hairdresser has had his minutes of fame, and is unlikely to get a haircut (or what he does with the mighty mane of hair) from Cucurella. We also predict the Chelsea player will get an extra visit from the Chelsea coach in the next few hours.
