Hubert Hurkacz has had a successful end to the season. The Pole has just won the Masters 1000 tournament in Shanghai. In the final, Hurkacz defeated Andrey Rublov. The Russian had to acknowledge the superiority of the Pole in the final, losing 3:6, 6:3, 6:7 (8-10).
For Hubert Hurkacz, this is the second Masters 1000 title in his career. He won the first one in Miami in 2021. Hurkacz’s victory in Shanghai gives him a significant promotion in the ranking and a huge injection of cash. The Pole will advance to 11th position in the ATP ranking.
