Kristoffer Ajer continued in the Premier League as in the World Cup, as the safety himself in central defence. Against Aston Vila, there was also a goal in the Brentford shirt. It has still been a tough period for the London club, the last three games have been without a win. On Saturday, Nottingham Forest visited the Brentford Community Stadium, where defender Ajer and Brentford closed the goal.
After half an hour, the first goal came for Brentford. It was Forest player Nikola Milenkovic who allowed himself to be pressured into sending the ball into his own net and ensured a 1-0 lead for the home side. After that, Forest managed to play their way to several good chances, but the necessary sharpness was lacking for the crisis-stricken team.

The Forest attack never found its way through the defensive wall of Ajer and Brentford, a quarter of an hour before the end of the game, Jaidon Anthony sent the ball to Igor Thiago in front of the box, where the Brazilian sent the ball into the net and made it 2-0.
Kristoffer Ajer got 7.5 on the player exchange at Brentford, only Janelt had a higher score. With this, Ajer’s club is now in sixth place in the Premier League and back on course for tickets to games in Europe.
