On Sunday evening, French sports journalist Achille Ash, who follows PSG closely, claimed that Liverpool have made a bid of 105 plus 15 million euros for Barcola.
This has got the process started, where “the bid is under consideration by PSG management”, and a transfer seems more and more likely.
“The negotiations are ongoing,” reports the French journalist.
