“I’ve gone to Pep and said, ‘Who do you like at Manchester United?’ and he said, ‘Well, who do you think?’
“So I said, ‘David de Gea?’ He said, ‘No.’ ‘Luke Shaw?'” he just said, ‘No.’
“He (Pep) said that the best player at Man Utd was Marcus Rashford. He said he would bring him (to City) tomorrow. And that just made me think, what does Pep see in Rashford? And that was obviously when Marcus played as a centre-forward,” United icon Giggs said.

Could it be so simple that Carrick gives Rashford back the role, which would have made him a favourite with the Premier League’s best coach…?
