Brighton pay the huge sum for 19-year-old Luka Vuskovic, and give the Croatian a contract until 2031. Brighton manager Fabian Hürzeler is delighted with the arrival of Vuskovic.

“Luka has had a fantastic start to his career – a development we have followed closely. Last season he showed that he can play at a very high level and we want to help him build on that in our environment,” the Brighton manager begins to the club’s website.
“There has been a lot of external publicity and a lot of speculation that Lukas will move to us, but he is still a young player who will need time to get used to the demands of playing for Brighton and in the Premier League. However, we are convinced that he will handle it in the best possible way,” the Brighton manager concludes.

Last season, Luka Vuskovic played with great success in German HSV, where he played 30 games, at Tottenham there was no debut for the centre-back.
Brighton are betting big on the teenager, with a transfer fee of up to £50 million, breaking the club’s record for most expensive player.
