I want to make my dreams come true.” What the Argentine was referring to was a move to Barcelona. The Atletico management responded by taking a hard line against the way Barcelona have proceeded “behind their backs”, they could guarantee that there will be no sale to either Barcelona or Real Madrid. This opens the door for the reigning Premier League champions.

This means that the Arsenal management still believe they can land a deal with the Argentine with Barcelona and Real Madrid out of the picture.
That is, if the condo club is willing to pull up around £100 million for the former Manchester City player.
