Bruno Guimares was the losing party when Brazil met Norway in the World Cup – and Guimaraes had a rough encounter with Ørjan Nyland, captain Ødegaard and the rest of the Norwegian team machine. Now the former Newcastle captain is in place at Arsenal, the English media have in recent weeks questioned whether this means a sale of Ødegaard. It is opened for sale in midfield, but of course not by Captain Ødegaard.
Martin Zubimendi was brought to Arsenal last summer, initially playing an important role at Arsenal before a knee problem halted his momentum and reduced his involvement later in the season. With Guimaraes in what will be the Premier League’s toughest midfield alongside Rice and Ødegaard, Zubimendi is already on his way out.

According to Football-London , Real Madrid have sent signals that they have resumed interest in former Real Sociedad player Zubimendi. The La Liga giants wanted Zubimendi last summer, but were unable to stop his move to the Emirates. After the signing of Guimarães to the Premier League club, the Real management sees their opportunity.
According to Mundo Deportivo , it will take a bid of 90 million euros from Real (Arsenal themselves gave 65 million euros) before they open up for the sale of Zubimendi – and make room for the super trio Ødegaard-Rice-Guimaraes.
