Arsenal’s goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale has made a decision about his future.

According to Football Insider, the 25-year-old goalkeeper wants to leave Arsenal in the summer after losing his place to David Raya.

Initially he was the first choice goalkeeper, but Ramsdale faced competition when David Raya was signed on loan at the beginning of the current term.

Ramsdale did not think about leaving in the last transfer window to the absence of promising suitors, now the goalkeeper seems discontent with his current situation.

Ramsdale has now decided to seek a move in the upcoming summer transfer window. He wants to play regularly from next season and he admitted that he would not have this opportunity at the Emirates Stadium, which is why he decided to leave the club permanently.

Many clubs both in England and abroad are interested in the goalkeeper and make offers to Arsenal.

Ramsdale was the main goalkeeper for Mikel Arteta’s side last season, playing in all 38 Premier League games where the Gunners lost the Premier League title race to Manchester City, but in the current campaign the 25-year-old has played in only ten of Arsenal’s matches in all competitions, conceding 11 goals.

Transfermarkt values the player at 28 million euros, and his contract with the London club runs until the summer of 2026.
