Rasmus Hojlund was a happy boy in the Manchester United shirt, but took, or never got, the role he was bought for in 2023. At Napoli, things changed for the Dane, at Antonio Conte the striker developed and delivered 16 goals in 44 games. Fresh Napoli coach Allegri believes the Dane deserves to be compared to the greatest of them all.
“Hojlund has great development potential, that’s for sure,” Allegri begins to Italian Sky Sports.

Then it comes:
“In terms of his qualities, I think he’s very similar to Harry Kane. They are both strong players who can tear themselves away, who have physicality and know how to handle physical duels with defenders,” Allegri boasts.
Very similar to Harry Kane.
We hope young Rasmus got this one, but it is rather doubtful that the Manchester United supporters are left with the feeling that they gave a thumbs down for a “Harry Kane striker”.
