Erling Haaland has shown he is able to stay focused on the job, amid the storm raging around his club. Not only are Premier League rivals following City closely to see what it means for their club financially or sportingly, the process of City stars on potential exit has suddenly become an issue. Haaland is linked with Arsenal, but Man Utd could also look at taking advantage of Man City’s FFP ruling. Former United player Quintin Fortune had taken Haaland to Old Trafford on the spur of the moment, Paul Parker is of a completely different opinion.

Former Man Utd defender Paul Parker came out this week and thought his old club must steer clear of the Norwegian super striker anyway.

Parker starts to PariuriX: “It’s probably not realistic anyway, but I wouldn’t have Haaland for Man Utd. I wouldn’t see him at the club with the way he plays. I would say no to him. He’s easy for everyone to look at, but it wouldn’t be me. I’m not even interested in him as a player,” Parker said.

However, there are two players Parker is more than happy to see in the red shirt.

“I would look at Nico O’Reilly and Marc Guehi. Nico O’Reilly is a super player. Elliot Anderson doesn’t interest me at all. Marc Guehi is not the player he was at Crystal Palace, but Man Utd need reinforcement defensively and that’s the one I would look at,” the former United star concluded.
