Of course, we wish Raheem Sterling all the best as a footballer, but there are probably many who believe the former England international was over the top when he left Manchester City in 2022. With Sterling, there have been extra-sporting matters lately that also do not help the 31-year-old to find a new club. Now it is reported that a French club in mini-crisis politely declines offers to sign the former Premier League star.
That would not be the case for Sterling at Chelsea. Even the loan to former City coach Mikael Arteta at Arsenal did not provide any sporting boosts. Nor at Feyenoord in the second half of last season did it come off. This summer, Sterling was without a club, the agent has been working hard to find the next one, but has so far not succeeded.

According to French outlet Footmercato , Le Havre has been offered to sign Sterling, who is willing to take a significant pay cut from his time in the Premier League. The Ligue 1 club declined, it is reported.
Le Havre is struggling in last place in Ligue 1, but does not see a player with 123 Premier League goals on his CV being a savior.
