Como coach Cesc Fabregas has had many feuds against Manchester United as a player for Chelsea and Arsenal. On Wednesday, he would get to try his hand from the sidelines, in what became a football lesson for Michael Carrick and the United players. A 4-1 win for Como, that says it all what a winner’s skull Fabregas still is, when he is irritated to no end that he allowed United to get a consolation goal.

Como conceded a goal in the closing minutes of the game when Joshua Zirkzee got on the scoresheet for Manchester United, and Fabregas should have been without that part. Fabregas takes part of the blame on his cape.’

“I maybe regret the last ten minutes of the game, when I told the team to calm down because there is another game left, and maybe with a 4-0 lead they could have handled it,” Fabregas said after the game.

“I told Tasos Douvikas not to run anymore, to stay in the middle, and maybe that’s what I regret, because I’m the first one who always pushes the game to the end. That goal hurt me,” says the Como coach.
