According to an update from Tutto Juve , Juventus have already “said no” to Arsenal. Yildiz is simply “unapproachable”. The report explains that Arsenal made an “enquiry” for the player back in June – and have now resumed interest.
However, Juventus see Yildiz as “unsellable” and plan to “build the future around him”. The Italian giants are aiming to “return to greatness” – and keeping their most influential player is the first step on that path.
New contract strengthens Juventus’ position
In February, Juventus managed to tie Yildiz to a new four-year contract, which has strengthened their negotiating position considerably. It looks like Arsenal will have to offer well over €100 million to get Juve to even consider a sale.
