Personally, I find Mark Goldbridge wonderfully annoying, but this time he is right, – In all the years since Sir Alex Ferguson retired, Manchester United have struggled to consistently deliver high-quality football. Managers and coaching staff are fired, while the board remains in place.
Mark Goldbridge rages against Manchester United’s transfer window – and makes an explosive claim that makes things boil at Old Trafford!
Manchester United turn against Alexander Sørloth!
The football expert is completely upset with the club’s hopeless handling of the summer transfer window, and believes that Michael Carrick could go if results are not forthcoming. 😳
But Goldbridge doesn’t stop there – he comes with a deluge of criticism against the club management:
” If Carrick is to be held accountable for poor results, exactly the same demands must apply to the board!” he thunders.
And now comes the shock: He believes the transfer window has been so weak that those who are actually responsible for the transfers – i.e. the board members themselves – should have been thrown out the door at the same time! 🔥
The question is whether anyone at the top of Manchester United dares to listen to this harshest criticism, or if they just let things go on and on as before.
One thing is for sure: The pressure is increasing, and Goldbridge has just lit a fireworks debate that is unlikely to subside anytime soon!
The start to the season was bad for Manchester United, who managed to lose to newly promoted Hull City. – On Sunday they host Ipswich at Old Trafford. – A game that must be won, or the growling from the fans will be louder.
