This summer, Alexander Sørloth has been heavily linked to Juventus. During the World Cup, the Norwegian international striker answered when asked if he will travel to Turin or Madrid, with a: “Madrid”. In recent weeks, the link to Juventus has come again, a few days before Deadline Day, reports come from England that Sørloth could end up at Old Trafford.
We’ll let English Teamtalk draw and explain: “Erling Haaland’s close friend Alexander Sorloth could join him in Manchester, and representatives (to Sørloth) are offering Manchester United the chance to sign the Atletico Madrid striker, according to sources who have exclusively told TEAMtalk.”

“TEAMtalk “understands” that Sørloth has emerged as a potential option for United as they look for a new striker before Tuesday’s transfer deadline. The Norwegian international is open to leaving Atletico this summer, and a return to the Premier League is something the 30-year-old would consider, having played for Crystal Palace in the past.”
“Sources believe that if United bring in a new striker, they want someone who can be a real central option and an alternative to Benjamin Sesko – and Sørloth fits into that profile. The Norwegian has impressed since moving to Atletico and his physical presence, aerial skills and experience in Premier League football make him an attractive option for United.”
